Construction Laborer

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. This role supports a variety of construction projects by assisting skilled tradespeople, preparing job sites, and ensuring work areas remain safe, clean, and organized. The ideal candidate is physically capable, safety-minded, and ready to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with job site setup and cleanup

  • Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment

  • Operate basic hand and power tools

  • Dig trenches, backfill holes, and compact earth

  • Mix and pour concrete, asphalt, or other materials

  • Support carpenters, painters, and other trades as needed

  • Follow instructions from supervisors and crew leaders

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

  • Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines

  • Perform general labor duties as assigned

Mason (Brick, Block & Stone)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Mason to join our construction team. This role is responsible for laying brick, block, and stone to build and repair walls, partitions, arches, and other structures. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of masonry techniques, and takes pride in delivering durable, high-quality work on commercial job sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lay brick, concrete block, and stone according to blueprints and specifications

  • Mix and apply mortar or grout

  • Measure and cut materials to proper size

  • Construct walls, partitions, fireplaces, and other structures

  • Repair and restore existing masonry work

  • Install anchors, reinforcements, and flashing as needed

  • Ensure surfaces are level, aligned, and structurally sound

  • Operate masonry tools and equipment safely

  • Maintain clean and organized job sites

  • Follow OSHA and company safety standards

Requirements

Heavy Equipment Operator

We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Heavy Equipment Operator to join our construction team. This position is responsible for operating machinery such as excavators, loaders, skid steers, backhoes, and other equipment to support site preparation, grading, trenching, and material handling on active job sites. The ideal candidate has strong equipment knowledge, job site awareness, and a commitment to safe, efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently

  • Perform grading, trenching, digging, and backfilling

  • Load and move materials around the job site

  • Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance

  • Follow grade stakes, site plans, and supervisor instructions

  • Work closely with ground crews and other trades

  • Maintain awareness of surroundings to ensure job site safety

  • Keep equipment clean and in good working condition

  • Follow OSHA and company safety policies at all times

The Foreman serves as the on-site leader, coordinating daily work, supervising laborers and tradespeople, and communicating with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors.

  • Supervise and lead construction crews on job sites

This role is responsible for installing a variety of fencing types including wood, vinyl, chain link, ornamental iron, and ranch-style fencing for commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate is comfortable working outdoors, using tools and equipment, and delivering precise, high-quality installations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install wood, vinyl, chain link, and metal fencing systems

  • Measure and lay out fence lines according to plans and property lines

  • Dig post holes and set posts in concrete

  • Cut and assemble fencing materials to proper dimensions

  • Install gates, latches, and hardware

  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and post hole equipment

  • Ensure fences are level, aligned, and structurally secure

  • Load and unload materials and maintain organized job sites

  • Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines

  • Communicate with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently
